Our good friend, uncle and brother passed away too young on November
17, 2008 at the age of 39. In addition to leaving behind many friends and
family members, Patrick is survived by Julie, his loving wife, and their two
young sons, Chase & Grant.

We invite you to join us at Birdsfoot Golf Club, located in Freeport, PA (north
